[Urgent] Request to release subdomain from deleted account (relah47639@bialode.com)

Hello Netlify Support,

its too urgent to save my hard working ranking in google search, please help i am curiously waiting…

I am writing to request the release of a subdomain so I can reclaim it on my new primary account.

The Problem: I accidentally deleted my previous Netlify account which was registered under a temporary email: relah47639@bialode.com. Because that account was deleted before I removed the site, the subdomain is now “stuck” and I cannot use it on my new account.

The Site Details:

  • Subdomain to be released: barkas.netlify.app

  • Old Account Email: relah47639@bialode.com

  • New Account Email: mohdraffaywork@gmail.com

Verification & SEO: Currently, the site shows “Site Not Found,” which is causing me to lose my Google search ranking. I am the owner of the source code and the project.

Could an admin please manually release this subdomain name so I can re-link it to my new account mohdraffaywork@gmail.com and get my site back online?

when i try to reuse this site name it shows that Project name is not available

We will not release this netlify.app subdomain. You will need to find a different subdomain to use.

Note, ou do not own the subdomains under netlify.app. If you want SEO rankings, you need to register a custom domain and apply that custom domain to the site.
