Urgent: Expired domain – no manual renew option in dashboard

Hi,

I’m having an urgent issue with a domain managed through Netlify.

The problem is that I cannot find any option to manually renew the domain in the Netlify dashboard. The only option shown is “Enable auto-renewal”, but that doesn’t apply anymore since the domain is already expired.

From what I understand, I should still be within the grace period, so renewal should be possible.

This domain is currently affecting my operations, so this is quite urgent.

I’ve already opened a support ticket (#562919)

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
