URGENT: Entire Agency Production Down (Ticket #1048953) + Total Support Radio Silence on Multiple Tickets

Hi Netlify Team,

I am forced to post here because our team account is currently unable to trigger any new deployments, and we have received no response through the support queue.

Here is the situation:

  1. CURRENT ISSUE (Ticket #1048953): Our deployments are completely blocked due to a credit limit error. We have already successfully topped up our credits, and our dashboard shows a positive balance. However, new builds and deployments remain blocked. It looks like our account is carrying a stale backend restriction flag that needs a manual override from an engineer.

  2. UNRESOLVED BILLING TICKETS (Tickets #1042991 & #1046022): Prior to this, we opened tickets regarding a plan migration billing overage. These have gone unanswered for over 11 days.

Because our development pipeline is entirely frozen, could a Netlify Admin please look at Ticket #1048953 immediately and manually clear the deployment block? Netlify staff can find all our account and team details securely inside that ticket.
