My domain markitsigns.ca has been experiencing complete email failure due to a duplicate NS1 zone conflict. I have an active p09 zone with correct MX records, but an old inactive p01 zone (leftover from a previous Wix setup) is intercepting DNS queries and returning no MX records.
Netlify support previously confirmed this is a known duplicate zone issue. I need the old p01 zone for markitsigns.ca deleted urgently — this is causing complete email failure for my business and customers cannot reach me.
