My domain luxiteai.com
was originally bought from name.com
The domain is now hosted on netlify.
I missed updating my expired domain as the auto renwal was set to an old bank card
I logged into name.com in attempts to try pay maybe through them and after contacting support and trying to log in was told my account has been suspended as they saw I was using a third party provider to host my domain.
Please could I have this resolved? Attempted to press the auto renewal but as it has been post 24 hours it didn’t work
