Urgent: Custom domain stuck in Pending DNS verification with SSL protocol errors

  • My custom domain intellisafeai.org is attached to the Netlify site:
    stately-eclair-912c31.netlify.app

    The Netlify subdomain works correctly.

    Public DNS resolves correctly:

    • intellisafeai.org → 75.2.60.5
    • intellisafeai.org → 99.83.190.102
    • www.intellisafeai.org → stately-eclair-912c31.netlify.app

    The old Netlify site no longer has the custom domain attached.

    Netlify shows:

    • “Pending DNS verification”
    • HTTPS enabled with a Let’s Encrypt certificate for both intellisafeai.org and www.intellisafeai.org

    However, both custom-domain URLs return ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, while the Netlify subdomain works.

    I have already removed and re-added the domain, moved it to a new site, renewed the certificate, and confirmed public DNS resolution.

    Please check the backend domain verification and TLS edge configuration for this custom domain.
