Hi Netlify Support Team,
-
Netlify Site Name:
eruchi.com.np -
Custom Domain:
eruchi.com.np -
AI Chatbot Checked: Yes, I checked Ask Netlify, but it suggested standard browser/card troubleshooting steps which did not resolve this issue.
Issue Summary: Our team is currently blocked because we hit the credit limit, and the site is down. When attempting to upgrade to the Personal Plan ($9/mo) to restore access, the billing interface fails with the error:
“We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again.”
Technical Details & Troubleshooting Attempted: In DevTools, the payment request triggers repeated net::ERR_FAILED 400 errors on [https://r.stripe.com/b](https://r.stripe.com/b) alongside CORS policy blocks on js.stripe.com. To isolate this, we have already tested:
-
Disabling all browser extensions and using Incognito/Private mode.
-
Trying alternative browsers (Chrome & Firefox).
-
Attempting checkout on a completely separate network (Mobile Cellular Data).
Since the Stripe CORS/400 block reproduces across multiple devices and networks, this appears to be an account-level billing lock on our team state preventing card tokenization.
Could an admin please take a look and manually process the upgrade or clear the billing lock so we can resume our site deploys?
Thank you!
