I need help renewing an expired domain that is registered through Netlify. Self-service renewal is blocked in the dashboard, so I believe this has to be processed manually.

When I try to renew from the Domain management page, the only option shown is “Enable auto-renewal,” and it returns the message “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration.” There is no manual pay or renew button anywhere now that the domain has expired.
I want to renew and keep this domain, and I understand I am still within the 30-day window where renewal is possible. The payment method on file for the team is current and can be charged.
Added urgency: these aurabypaula.com URLs are live on active job applications I have already submitted, so the domain being down is time-sensitive for me. The expiration has also taken down DNS resolution and SSL for the site. I have also opened an email support ticket for this.
I would be grateful for any priority you can give this. Please let me know if you need anything further from me to process the renewal.
