Urgent billing issue preventing subscription renewal (payment method + invoice error)

I’m unable to renew my Netlify subscription despite multiple successful attempts using different valid payment methods.

Current behavior:

  • Payment fails on all cards (all confirmed active with sufficient funds)

  • Error message received:
    “Payment failed due to lack of a payment method on file. This invoice is ineligible for dunning.”

What I have already tried:

  • Multiple different credit/debit cards

  • Ensuring cards are valid and funded

  • Removing and re-adding payment methods in billing settings

  • Retrying payment from invoice link

This appears to be a billing state mismatch between my subscription, invoice, and payment method setup. I also have an open support ticket (#1041111) but have not received a response yet.

Please advise how to resolve this or reset the billing state so the invoice can be successfully charged. This is currently blocking access to my services.
