Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am writing to urgently request your help regarding my account. I accidentally deleted my Netlify team, which resulted in all of my hosted projects and sites being deleted as well.
Could you please help me check if it is possible to undelete or restore my team and the associated projects from your system backups?
Here are the details of the deleted team:
-
Account Email: tpmdepartemen@gmail.com
-
Deleted Team Name: TPM
-
Example of Deleted Site URL: sga-wj.netlify.app
I understand this was my mistake, but any assistance you can provide to recover these projects would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and help.
Best regards,
Sutoro
