Hi Netlify Support,
My domain abaminerals.com is registered through Netlify (registered Jul 10, 2025) and expired on Jul 10, 2026 — 29 days ago. Based on Netlify’s own domain renewal policy, I understand I’m right at the edge of the 30-day window during which manual renewal is possible, and this closes tomorrow, August 9, 2026. After that, self-service and manual renewal are both blocked for 30 days.
This has also broken DNS resolution and SSL provisioning for the site (aba-minerals project, team: africantomu).
I want to renew and keep this domain. When I try to enable auto-renewal from the Domain management page, I get the message: “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration.” Self-service renewal appears to be blocked.
Could you please manually process the renewal for abaminerals.com so the domain, DNS, and SSL certificate can be restored? I’m ready to pay the renewal fee immediately — please let me know if there’s an additional redemption fee involved given the time elapsed.
