I want to report an issue with my account.
My Netlify subscription was disabled, and auto-renew was turned off.
However, you still charged my card on 02.12.2025, even though the plan was marked as “disabled”.
This should not have happened.
Please refund this charge immediately and confirm that no further payments will be taken.
Also, I would like to remove my card from the account, but your system does not allow me to delete it.
Please assist me with removing the payment method as well.
