Unable to verify identity – account access blocked

Hi Netlify team,

I’m trying to sign up and log in using my GitHub account, but I keep receiving this error message:

“Authentication Error – Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.”

After clicking the link in the email, I get this response:
“We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”

Could someone please manually review my case and help me access my account?
