Unable to Sign Up for a Netlify Account

I tried signing up for a netlify account with github but I got an authorization error stating that the account already exists and I should try logging in with email.

I tried logging in with my email, however, I was told to appeal for an account suspension and that a mail has been sent to my email address. I checked my mail and I did not receive any mail from netlify

Hi, your account were automatically marked as spam as an effort to crack down on potential fraudulent behaviour. Please see our VP of security response regarding this.

Luckily, you should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in again and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. Please view a list of acceptable documentation for your country here. If you are not prompted to do this please submit a support ticket and mark the reason as “signup/login”.

If you do not want to verify your ID you can bypass this step by signing up for a Pro tier account.

I submitted many times verification was done but again showing this information.

I have hundreds of high school students. Asking them to verify via stripe is not possible. About 15 were flagged for this. Please advise

I am new on Netlify. We are required to use Netlify to launch our website but I just registered and it blocked my account. I verified my account with stripe. It would tell me “thanks for verifying” and late “we are unable to verify your account” can someone please help me out with this?
