Unable to register new domain - transaction denied

I recently paid for the renewal of one of my domains via a new card.
Now I am unable to use that same card to register a new domain.

What could be the issue? Please help

Hey there! The best way for all customers to reach us regarding billing questions is to head to netlify.com/support, and select “Billing” from the dropdown. That will get you through to the billing helpdesk.

The billing helpdesk will send you an email to the email address listed in your Netlify account.
