Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
- Site name: equityandexclusion.netlify.app
- Custom domain: equity.blackmail4u.com
- Error message: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
DNS verification completes successfully every time (“DNS verification was successful”), and I’ve confirmed via DNSChecker.org that the CNAME record is fully propagated globally with no issues. There is no CAA record on the domain that could be blocking issuance.
This appears to be a stale or stuck certificate record on the backend. Could you please reset/clear the existing SSL certificate state for this domain so I can provision a fresh one?
