Unable to connect to my netlify account

Hello! kindly assist i have been getting the below error:
FetchError: request to
https://api.netlify.com/api/v1/oauth/tickets/1d7facede695071809645cd7819c26aa failed,
reason: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.netlify.com
Code: EAI_AGAIN

anytime am run netlify init command via cli. how can I solve this issue
