I am trying to release a custom domain from another Netlify account.
The verification process requires me to add a TXT record, but the domain’s DNS is already hosted in the inaccessible Netlify account I am trying to recover.
I therefore cannot add the verification record through either my registrar or my current Netlify account.
This creates a circular verification problem.
Could a Netlify staff member contact me privately so I can provide proof of domain ownership and the relevant account details securely?
I do not want to post the domain, account email, verification token, screenshots, or ownership evidence publicly.
