I am adding email authentication records for Brevo. Three of the four records saved without any problem and are visible in the DNS records list:
- TXT, name empty, value brevo-code:67d0a56d… (saved OK)
- CNAME, brevo1._domainkey, b1.toscanareputationstudio-com.dkim.brevo.com (saved OK)
- CNAME, brevo2._domainkey, b2.toscanareputationstudio-com.dkim.brevo.com (saved OK)
The fourth one will not save. I select TXT, enter _dmarc as the name, paste the value, click Save, and the record never appears in the list. No error message is shown, the form just closes.
Values I have tried:
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:rua@dmarc.brevo.com
v=DMARC1;p=none;rua=mailto:rua@dmarc.brevo.com
“v=DMARC1;p=none;rua=mailto:rua@dmarc.brevo.com”
I have also checked with an external DMARC lookup tool and the record is not published, so this is not a display issue in the dashboard.
Could you add this record from your side, or tell me what the panel is rejecting? Thank you.
