Tried adding a custom domain to my site but received an error stating that _my-domain_ or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team. I do not have any other teams or accounts so how can I rectify this issue? ---

Hi there, We will need to know which domain you are trying to add. Our Support team can remove the domain from that other account - provided you can verify ownership or control of the domain. ​ To do this, please create a DNS TXT record for `verified-for-netlify.` with a value of `verifying for netlify support case #102408`. Let us know when that is done, and then we can delete the domain from the other account. Thanks! ---

Hi, i’m not seeing this when I check for your TXT record. ```auto % host -t txt verified-for-netlify.kimoyolabs.com Host verified-for-netlify.kimoyolabs.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN) ``` Can you please take a look at [this](https://answers.netlify.com/t/support-guide-another-site-is-using-this-domain-verifying-domain-ownership-for-netlify-production-domain/13765) support guide and give it another go? ---
