Tried Claude AI twice, all my project got paused. I'm unaware of that

Hi Team,

I’m reaching out regarding my team account (chandrujrajendran’s team) where all projects and deploys were automatically paused due to exceeding the credit limit.

Earlier today, I tried Netlify AI to test it briefly. I was not aware that this would immediately consume credits and trigger a hard pause across all projects. As a result, every site under my account has been suspended unexpectedly.

These projects include active production and business websites, and the sudden pause has disrupted ongoing work and client access. This was unintentional and purely due to a misunderstanding of the AI usage/credit impact.

At the moment, I’m unable to upgrade to a paid plan immediately due to budget constraints.

I sincerely request if you could please:
• Temporarily unpause my projects for this month, or
• Provide a one-time courtesy reactivation/reset of the credit limit

This would help me keep my sites live while I plan the next steps responsibly.

I will avoid using Netlify AI or any credit-heavy features going forward to prevent this from happening again.

Team details:
• Team name: chandrujrajendran’s team
Sites paused:

  1. **dashing-druid-1fdcb7.netlify.app
  2. nagpal.netlify.app**

I would really appreciate any help or temporary relief you can provide.

Thank you for your understanding and support

Hey @chandrurajendran ,
Thanks for reaching out!

We’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you, so our team can follow up with you directly via email from the help desk. Our Support crew will be in touch with you by email soon.

Great news: these days anyone can reach out to Netlify Support. First, you can try getting an answer using Ask Netlify, our helpful AI search tool. If your question isn’t answered there, you can submit a ticket using the support form, and we’ll take it from there.

We’re keeping the community around for swapping ideas, sharing tips and tricks, and talking shop with other folks building on the platform — but for support issues, tickets are the way to go.

Thanks for being here, and keep an eye out for that email from us!
