Transferring Domain Hosting from Netlify to Cloudflare

Hi, my domain is currently hosted on Netlify and I’m transferring it to Cloudflare. I properly configured all of my Cloudflare settings and had CNAME records to my <site>.netlify.app URL. I’ve also disabled the “Proxy” (orange cloud) settings in Cloudflare so my CNAME records are in “DNS only” mode.

When I made the migration, however, I ran into the following error in my developer console: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

From what I understand, Netlify should still be serving my SSL cert so I don’t see how the cert could have been invalidated during the transition. Any advice?

Hi, @ankitgoyal100. Netlify can only handle the SSL if it is our servers responding to the browser.

I’ve checked the custom domains on your sites and none of them point to Netlify currently. Because our servers are not responding for these domains, we have no control over the SSL in any way.

If there are other questions or concerns, please let us know.
