Transfer Domain from Dummy account to personal account

Hi,

So I created a dummy account with a 10 min email (email used: ahkari.nikoli@milkcreeks.com) and it got suspended.

The domain I want to transferred / removed from that account is romaniidigitali.ro.

I reached out to Netlify support team 3 days ago and we started the process but since then I have not got a reply. Please I already started confirming my identity with Charlotte from Netlify support team and did everything I got requested.

Please please please help me out.

Hi, can you set a TXT record for this domain and in the value field put #110181?

Then you can add the domain to your personal account.

I can only set nameservers for that domain. I was using Netlify as a domain provider, but I can’t access that account as aforementioned.
