"Transaction declined" - Why did my transaction decline?

Hi, i want to update my Starter Plan to a Pro Plan, but my transaction is being declined and i don’t know why… I even tried to upgraded in a private browser tab…

Hi, @firststatic. It won’t be possible to upgrade to Pro until payment method is added successfully.

Our support team doesn’t have any additional information about why a transaction is declined. If you want to know why it isn’t being accepted, we recommend contacting the organization that issues the card to get that information.

Once a payment method is successfully added, your upgrade will succeed. ​Please let us know if there are other questions about this.
