Both NeuraFeed staging sites became unreachable on 26 August 2026 from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Affected hosts:

  • neurafeed-staging-admin.netlify.app

  • neurafeed-staging-public.netlify.app

Latest admin deploy remains published and unchanged:

  • Deploy ID: 6a8d98c9cf107f0008354a54

  • Commit: 9be91ca

Evidence:

  • DNS consistently resolves to 63.176.8.218 and 35.157.26.135.

  • TCP connections to both addresses succeed.

  • TLS handshakes time out before a certificate or HTTP response is returned.

  • The direct deploy URL fails at the same TLS stage.

  • Both staging hosts fail identically.

  • The issue reproduces through an iPhone personal hotspot.

  • The Netlify dashboard is reachable, and Netlify Status reports no incident.

No deployment, DNS, certificate, or application configuration change occurred immediately before the outage.
