Title: Build minutes reset, but still blocked by "limit reached" banner

Hi Netlify team,

My free team’s build usage reset today (July 1st), and the stats show: Build minutes: 0 / 300 Bandwidth: 13 KB / 100 GB Concurrent builds: 0 / 1 However, the dashboard still shows the banner: “This team has exceeded the build minutes limit for the Free plan.” All deploys updates are blocked. * Git commits don’t trigger new builds

Could you please clear this flag on your side? It seems like a caching issue.

I have a similar problem: the banner shows saying my limits are reached (but that’s not true), but in my case the builds still work, luckily
