My team is showing the banner “nino et Mael is now running on operational credits” and production deploys are blocked with the message “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.” However, the Usage & billing page shows 30/300 credits still available for the current billing period (Jul 20 - Aug 19).
This matches other recent reports of Free plan teams stuck in this state despite remaining balance. Could you please look into unblocking production deploys for my team, or clarify what triggered this given the credits shown?
