Hello Netlify team,

I am trying to add my custom domain to my project, but I get this error:
“syncocept.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

Domain: syncocept.com
Project: exquisite-halva-2bfe48 (exquisite-halva-2bfe48.netlify.app)

I own this domain, but I cannot find or access the other Netlify team that holds this DNS zone. I will add a TXT record “verified-for-netlify” with this post’s link to prove ownership.

Could you please remove the old DNS zone so I can add syncocept.com to my project?

Thank you!

Update: I have added the TXT record verified-for-netlify on syncocept.com (value contains this post’s link). Nameservers are now back on GoDaddy. Please release the old DNS zone. Thank you!
