I currently have a Netlify Pro Legacy plan that has worked really well for me for some time. I am still using LFS, Identity, and Forms (from time to time) on some of my sites. All in all it has been great.
Considering a new project that will require Identity, LFS and a database and trying to figure out what the best way to do that and pay for it.
I don’t understand these “credit” based plans, and I am not sure if I would benefit from switching to one, but I do know that I am not ready to move my existing sited to another LFS solution (though I understand that my new project will have to leverage a third party). I don’t know if switching plans will cost me more, and I don’t know if it will trigger the end of services like my existing LFS or other services.
I don’t want to mess around with this - I just want to talk to somebody who will take ownership when the migration goes to crap and will fix all my problems. Unfortunately, any attempt to raise support leads me into a stupid chatbot that cannot help me, and certainly won’t take responsibility for any mis-guidance it may give me.
So, what more do you need to know? What information am I not providing that you need to advise me correctly?
