I’m unable to add arace.store to my site. “Add a domain you already own” returns: “arace.store or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
We own this domain (registered at Namecheap). My Netlify account has only one team and I’m the only member, so the competing zone is not mine. The domain’s nameservers point at Namecheap (dns1/dns2.registrar-servers.com), so the conflicting Netlify DNS zone is inactive/orphaned — removing it will not affect any live site.
Ownership proof: I’ve added the TXT record verified-for-netlify.arace.store = “https://arace.netlify.app” as instructed. I can also attach Namecheap order as proof if needed.
Please release the orphaned Netlify DNS zone for arace.store so I can add the domain to my site.
