Hello Netlify Support,
My custom domain sfacl.com.np is connected to Netlify DNS and DNS verification is successful.
Netlify site: fokkeaapcoopltd.netlify.app
Custom domain: sfacl.com.np
The domain has been DNS-verified for more than 48 hours, but HTTPS/SSL is still not active. In the HTTPS section, I only see “Provide your own certificate” and there is no “Provision certificate” option.
I have also confirmed:
- No AAAA records
- No CAA records
- DNSSEC is disabled
- Netlify DNS is active
- DNS verification is successful
Could you please check the SSL provisioning status and manually trigger/reset the Netlify-managed Let’s Encrypt certificate for my domain?
