Hello Netlify Support,
My team AllEdge is currently on the Free plan.
Billing period: September 12, 2026 – October 11, 2026
Netlify Usage & Billing shows 30 credits available, but my team has been placed into Operational Credits mode.
The dashboard says that production deploys and Agent Runners are paused, and all recent GitHub production deploys are being marked:
“Skipped due to account credit usage exceeded.”
My GitHub repository is correctly connected to Netlify and new commits are reaching Netlify, but production deployment is blocked.
Please check whether my team has been incorrectly placed into the operational-credits state and reset/re-enable production deployments if applicable.

Please resolve this without requiring a plan upgrade if this is an account-side credit-status issue.
