Subject: Please release domains from suspended/old Netlify account Suspended without a reason

Hi Netlify Support,

My Netlify account has been suspended, and I need help releasing my domains so I can use them on my current Netlify project.

My account email is:

marissniemann@gmail.com

The domains I need help with are:

- soluspces.co.za

- NovaWebDesigns.co.za

When I try to add the domain to my current Netlify project, Netlify says:

“Another project is already using this domain.”

I believe the domains are still attached to my old/suspended Netlify account or an old Netlify project that I can no longer manage.

Please release these domains from the old/suspended project so I can attach them to my current Netlify project.

I own the domains and can verify ownership through DNS if needed. I can add a TXT verification record to prove ownership.

My suspended account showed this Netlify Internal ID:

Please help me either:

1. Unsuspend/review my original account, or

2. Release these domains so I can add them to my current project.

I can add a TXT verification record to prove ownership.

Yes, we’d request that you add a TXT record to verify both domains: [Support Guide] "another site is using this domain" Verifying domain ownership for Netlify production domain. Please let us know once that’s done and we’d be happy to release them. thanks again!

i would prefer to have my account back as i did nothing wrong u can check on ur side

because as it is i removed hostnames on my domain so i cant do anything pretty much frustrating as i didnt get a warning
