Subject: allessentialcare.com already managed by Netlify DNS on another team
Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to add allessentialcare.com to my current Netlify team, but I receive this error:
“allessentialcare.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I am the current owner/controller of the domain. The domain is registered with GoDaddy and currently uses GoDaddy nameservers:
ns73.domaincontrol.com
ns74.domaincontrol.com
I do not know which previous Netlify account/team has the domain, and I don’t have access to that account.
There is currently no Netlify DNS delegation configured for the domain.
Could you please verify my ownership and remove/release the old Netlify DNS zone/domain association so I can add the domain to my current Netlify team?
