Site name: verdant-smakager-a3eecf
Custom domain: bissapblissbeverage.com
My Let’s Encrypt certificate expired on Aug 8. Netlify is stuck trying to renew a wildcard certificate (*.bissapblissbeverage.com, bissapblissbeverage.com) that fails DNS verification with NXDOMAIN on _acme-challenge.bissapblissbeverage.com.
My DNS is correctly configured at my registrar (Squarespace):
- A record: bissapblissbeverage.com points to Netlify’s IP
- CNAME: www points to verdant-smakager-a3eecf.netlify.app
I do not need a wildcard certificate. I only need standard SSL coverage for bissapblissbeverage.com and www.bissapblissbeverage.com.
I’ve already tried:
- Removing and re-adding the custom domain
- Clicking “Renew certificate”
- Waiting for auto-renewal
The Set custom certificate button is the only option showing in the HTTPS section — there’s no way to trigger a standard (non-wildcard) provisioning from the UI.
Could someone please reset my certificate configuration to force issuance of a standard Let’s Encrypt certificate?
Thank you!
