Hi Support Team,
I am experiencing a stuck SSL/TLS provisioning loop on my domain sanabel.ai.
I migrated my nameservers to Netlify DNS, and my custom Microsoft 365 emails are routing perfectly (proving propagation is fully complete). I ran the domain through LetsDebug.net, and it returned “All OK” with no network issues found.
However, my Netlify site dashboard continues to show the error: “your domain doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”
Could a Support Engineer please manually clear or reset the stuck TLS/SSL provisioning state for sanabel.ai on the backend so the certificate can issue?
