Stuck SSL certificate blocks domain changes (422) — site: aimendel

My site aimendel is stuck provisioning an SSL certificate for my primary
custom domain allenrschneider.com, which points to a different host and can’t validate. This blocks all domain changes (422). Please clear the stuck certificate and set mendel.allenrschneider.com as the primary custom domain (remove allenrschneider.com and www.mendel.allenrschneider.com). mendel.allenrschneider.com already points to Netlify correctly.

Open a Netlify support ticket and send exactly this:

My site is blocked because SSL provisioning is stuck for my primary custom domain allenrschneider.com.

The apex domain no longer points to Netlify, so Let’s Encrypt validation cannot complete.

Because the certificate is stuck provisioning, every domain update returns HTTP 422.

Please:

  • Clear the stuck SSL provisioning state.
  • Remove allenrschneider.com.
  • Remove www.mendel.allenrschneider.com.
  • Set mendel.allenrschneider.com as the primary custom domain.

mendel.allenrschneider.com already points correctly to Netlify.
