Hi Netlify team,

Our team is affected by a known bug where the “operational credits only” flag is incorrectly blocking production deploys despite having credits remaining.

  • Credits shown: 29.9 / 30 remaining
  • Issue: Stuck “operational credits” flag blocking production deploys and Agent Runners

This matches multiple reports of the same issue in the community forums (e.g. Production deploys blocked by stale "credit usage exceeded" flag despite 330 credits available), where the flag was previously resolved by Netlify staff manually clearing it on the account. Could you please check our team’s account and reset the flag?
