Stuck on "preparing your domain.."

I have connect a domain. It worked previously, but I needed to change the SSL and deactive the wildcard (*.wundrblock.com), because it was causing problerms for the other SSL for api.wundrblock.com (that points to backend).

So I create a new SSL for both wundrblock.com and to api.wundrblock.com. After that in Netlify domain management it has been “stuck” on “preparing the domain..”.
First I waited 1 day, then another day, and then I deleted the domain and added it again. But the same issue appeared and it still says “preparing your domain”.

From other forum post I see that Netlify team help others out. So please can someone help me out as well?

I have a pro account.
