Stuck on Preparing your domain

I am trying to connect some sites to a new subdomain.

the sites are

  • smartconnect-ob-stage.netlify.app => smartconnect-ob-stage.smartpricing.it
  • smartconnect-ob-dev.netlify.app => smartconnect-ob-dev.smartpricing.it
  • sp-product-frontend-dev.netlify.app => pricing-dev.smartness.com

but they are stuck on “Preparing your domain…”

Can you help me?

I see you have a Netlify DNS Zone setup for smartness.com, however, the DNS Zone is not active as the Netlify name servers are not being used:

You’ll want to use the Netlify name servers listed here.

Domain stuck in “Preparing your domain…” – Site not going live

Dear Netlify Support,

My custom domain humanxpert.at has been stuck in the “Preparing your domain…” state for several days now. As a result, my website is not being published.

The SSL certificate appears to be correctly issued and everything else seems properly configured, so I believe this may be an internal issue with the domain setup.

Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue so my site can go live?

Hi, @shefiku. I’m showing working SSL has been configured for that site since at least June 7. What SSL errors are you seeing?
