My Free plan team is showing the banner “mohscent aura is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, my Usage & Billing page shows I still have credits available, not zero. This matches the known stuck operational-credits flag bug that other Free plan teams have reported recently.
