“Hi Netlify team,”
My team “Ksquard Engineering” (Free plan) is showing the banner “Ksquard Engineering is now running on operational credits” — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.

However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
- Current billing period: Jul 10 – Aug 9
- Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon)
This looks like the same stuck credit-flag bug that many other Free plan teams have reported this month, where the banner shows as if credits are exhausted despite a full or near-full balance.
Could you please check my account and reset the flag so production deploys and Agent Runners work again?
