Site name: capitalrefinishingcom.netlify.app
Custom domain: capitalrefinishing.com (and www.capitalrefinishing.com)
DNS setup: Using Netlify DNS — I transferred nameservers from GoDaddy to Netlify’s nameservers.
Issue: SSL certificate has been stuck on “provisioning” for over 24 hours. I cannot make any changes to my custom domains while it’s in this state. The www.capitalrefinishing.com subdomain shows a green tick (Netlify DNS verified), but capitalrefinishing.com (root domain) still shows “Netlify DNS propagating.”
Troubleshooting steps already taken:
-
Changed GoDaddy nameservers to Netlify’s nameservers
-
Waited over 7 hours for SSL provisioning to complete
-
Tried to set website as primary domain but received the error: “We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes”
-
No “Retry” or “Renew certificate” button is visible
Request: Please manually reset/retry the SSL certificate provisioning for my site so I can complete the domain setup
Please help, I need this site to be up and with the domain name I purchased at godaddy, it needs to be www.capitalrefinishing.com
