Hoping for some help. I run churdarts.co.nz (site: effortless-horse-bb7ad3).
Earlier this week my team hit the credit limit, so I bought 500 more credits. The red “exceeded credit limit” banner is still showing after a hard refresh, and all my deploys since then are failing — they either get stuck on “Uploading” or return a 500 "no records matched" from the function upload API.
I sent a support ticket a few days ago but haven’t heard anything, and I’ve got an update I need to ship.
Has anyone seen credits take a while to register, or had this 500 on function uploads? Or could a Netlify staffer take a quick look at my team’s billing state?
The site itself is still serving the last good build — no outage, just can’t push updates.
