My Netlify Streaming Function is being hard-terminated at exactly 30,000 ms.

The Function returns a ReadableStream. The upstream AI provider succeeds and streaming begins normally, but the Netlify invocation is terminated at exactly:
Duration: 30000 ms

Before termination:
- provider request succeeds
- HTTP 200 streaming response is established
- stream remains active
- there is no provider timeout
- there is no application error
- there is no client cancellation
There is also no repository configuration setting a 30-second Function timeout.
Current Netlify documentation states a 60-second execution limit for synchronous/streaming Functions.
Could a Netlify team member please check whether this site or account has a legacy 30-second Functions timeout/profile and update it to the current 60-second limit?
