SSL/TLS provisioning

Hi,

My site (keen-begonia-04273e.netlify.app) has had SSL/TLS provisioning stuck for over 24 hours.

Some context that may be relevant:

  • The site was previously connected to a different custom domain (moshood.xyz) which has since expired and I no longer have access to it
  • The current primary custom domain is moshoodalimi.xyz, using Netlify DNS (nsone.net nameservers)
  • DNS is resolving correctly — A records point to 63.176.8.218 and 35.157.26.135
  • The site loads over HTTP fine, but SSL certificate provisioning from Let’s Encrypt has not completed
  • There is no option in my dashboard to retry or force re-provisioning

I suspect there may be a stale provisioning attempt tied to the old domain (moshood.xyz) jamming the queue. Could you please manually clear and retry the certificate provisioning for moshoodalimi.xyz?

Hello Netlify team,

I need help with HTTPS provisioning for my custom domain verde.co.ug on Netlify.

My site is:
gregarious-babka-8ea6cd.netlify.app

As of March 27, 2026, Netlify still shows:
“Waiting on DNS propagation”
and “Verify DNS configuration” does not resolve it.

However, the live DNS is already pointing to Netlify:

Nameservers:

SOA:

Other checks:

  • verde.co.ug resolves and serves from Netlify
  • https://verde.co.ug returns a response from Netlify
  • there are no AAAA records
  • there are no CAA records blocking issuance

The remaining issue is that the TLS certificate being served is still:

  • CN=*.netlify.app

So the custom certificate for verde.co.ug does not appear to be attached yet.

Could you please manually re-check the domain and provision/attach the certificate for verde.co.ug?

Hi, @ebal904. The SSL is working for that site now.

The https doesn’t show when I load the website. Check whether I have got the TLS certificate because now it is over 48 hours and here I still see waiting on DNS propagation up to now

hi Netlify team

I am having an issue a with SSL/TLS certificate. its over 24 hours plus now and its still saying Waiting on DNS propagation.

I actually connected the domain from namecheap. Domain name is japalead.com, but on Netlify, i created waitlist.japalead.com, i have successfully channeled it back to the the netlify domain, meaning it can access my site, but when it loads i still get the site not secure label which shows the certificate has not been issued.

Please how do i go about fixing this, i want to put out the wait list site, but i don’t want to do it with that error. I have tried to troubleshoot, but its going no where, please any help? @hrishikesh
