I am experiencing an issue with my custom domain setup.
My issue is apparently known and can only be be solved by your team, not the user.
Site:
relaxed-nasturtium-fcad41.netlify.app
Custom domain:
flurinastays.com
DNS is managed via Namecheap (BasicDNS).
Current DNS configuration:
A @ → 75.2.60.5
A @ → 99.83.190.102
CNAME www → relaxed-nasturtium-fcad41.netlify.app
DNS propagation appears complete globally (verified via DNSChecker).
However:
- http://flurinastays.com does not load
- Netlify shows: “flurinastays.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
- SSL/TLS certificate provisioning is stuck (spinning for a long time)
- HTTPS access results in a certificate error
The Netlify subdomain works correctly:
https://relaxed-nasturtium-fcad41.netlify.app
It seems the domain is not being correctly recognized internally by Netlify.
Could you please check and reset/clear the domain and SSL state on your side?
