SSL/TLS Certificate Issue – synotechai.com not served by Netlify

Hi Netlify Support Team,

My Netlify site is: effervescent-biscochitos-5c0d23.netlify.app.
My custom domain is: synotechai.com (registered with Namecheap).

I am encountering an SSL/TLS issue:

synotechai.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify

I have already:

  • Verified that my A and CNAME records are set correctly at Namecheap.

  • Cross-checked the configuration against your documentation.

Despite this, I’m unable to renew the SSL certificate. The site (https://synotechai.com) is intermittently available — sometimes it works, but it frequently goes on/off, and the domain management page keeps showing the above error.

Could you please help me stabilize the domain connection and renew the certificate?

Thanks!

Hi, @mainhawq. The behavior you are seeing is most likely explained by downstream resolver caching. There is a support guide with more information about this here:

There is nothing we at Netlify can do to purge the downstream resolver caches. The solution is to wait for the cache DNS records to expire and they will be purged from the resolver caches at that time. (The admins of the resolvers can purge the caches but there is no reasonable way to contact all admins of all resolvers nor would most of them have the time to do this for you and your domain. The solution here really is to wait.)
