SSL stuck - URL Not Available on Google — "www.xxxx.com doesn't appear to be served by Netlify" (false positive after migrating off Cloudflare)

Hello,

I am on a Pro plan. I already sent a ticket to the support a few hours ago, but trying my chance to get a way to sort out my issue here.

Site name: inspira-website
Custom domain: inspiradigitalagency.com (primary: www.inspiradigitalagency.com)
DNS (external, SiteGround nameservers): A @75.2.60.5; CNAME wwwinspira-website.netlify.app. No AAAA, no CAA records.

The SSL panel shows “www.inspiradigitalagency.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify” and Renew certificate fails with “DNS verification failed.” However:

  • The site loads correctly over HTTPS at https://www.inspiradigitalagency.com/ (verified in a clean incognito window).
  • curl -sv http://www.inspiradigitalagency.com returns Server: Netlify on both apex and www.
  • Let’s Debug returns all-clear for the domain.

  • I recently migrated off Rocket.net (Cloudflare) and removed that routing; DNS is now clean and points only to Netlify.
  • The current certificate covers only the apex (inspiradigitalagency.com), not www.

This looks like a stale SSL/edge cache entry.

QUESTION:

Could you please flush the SSL cache and reprovision the Let’s Encrypt certificate to cover both inspiradigitalagency.com and www.inspiradigitalagency.com? Thank you.

Edit: I checked rendering on Google Search how the page was rendering, URL is not available.

Issue fixed, Siteground update manually Netlify Name Servers, then I have been able to generate the SSL for the https://www.inspiradigitalagency.com/
