Hi Netlify Support,
I am trying to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain, but it is failing with the error: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate.”
My DNS verification is completely successful and traffic is routing perfectly. It appears there is a stale certificate record stuck on the backend blocking the new provisioning.

Could a support engineer please clear the existing TLS/SSL certificate state for my site so I can provision a fresh one? Thank you!
